About us
Small conversations, real change.
Rhubarb is a UK coaching service built on one idea: a short, focused conversation with the right coach can help you take your next step.
What we believe
Four things we hold to.
- Short and oftenA focused 23 minutes is easier to protect than an hour, so you keep coming back. Change comes from the small steps in between.
- You chooseWe suggest coaches who fit your answers. The choice of coach is always yours, and you can change it.
- Private by defaultWhat you say stays between you and your coach. No employer can see a personal Rhubarb account.
- Honest about limitsCoaching is not therapy. We say so plainly, and we point to the right help when coaching is not it.
Who we are
The people behind it.
Rhubarb is run by Rhubarb Coaching Ltd, a small team in London. Coaching for teams and organisations is offered by our sister service, The Makings.
To be confirmed Our founders, our coaching lead and our coach standards will be introduced here before booking opens.
Where we are now
Getting ready to open.
Booking with real coaches opens soon. A session costs £80, or £288 for a pack of four. Until then, you can take the quiz and try a private practice workspace with example coaches. Nothing is charged.
