1About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Rhubarb Coaching Ltd (“Rhubarb”, “we”). They apply when you take the quiz, use a practice workspace, create an account or book coaching on rhubarb.team.

Please read them with our refunds and cancellation policy, our privacy notice and our coaching and safeguarding page. Together they make up the whole agreement.

2What we provide

Rhubarb matches you with a coach and lets you book one-to-one sessions by video. Each session lasts 23 minutes. Between sessions you can keep a goal, send messages to your coach and read resources your coach shares.

Coaches are independent professionals who work with us. We check each coach before they join. Details of our coach standards will be published before booking opens.

3Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. Turn on two-step sign-in if you can.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it.
• A practice workspace needs no account. It uses example coaches and practice credits, and it is deleted after 24 hours.

4Booking and sessions

• When you choose a time, we hold it for 15 minutes while you confirm.
• Each booking uses one session credit.
• Join from a quiet place with a working camera and microphone. Sessions are not recorded.
• If you join late, the session still ends at its booked time.
• If your coach cannot attend, you get your session credit back and one extra credit.

5Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, in pounds sterling. A single session costs £80 and a pack of four costs £288, including VAT. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Session packs can be used for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6Using Rhubarb fairly

Treat your coach with respect. Do not record sessions, share a coach’s private contact details or use Rhubarb for anything unlawful. We may pause or close an account that puts a coach, another member or the service at risk. If we do, we refund any unused sessions.

7Coaching is not therapy

Coaching helps you think, decide and act on everyday matters. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. Your coach cannot diagnose or treat any condition. You stay responsible for the choices you make.

8Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong because of us, tell us and we will put it right, or refund the affected sessions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from Account. You can download your data first. Unused sessions are refunded as described in our refunds policy.

10Changes and complaints

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that affects you. If you have a complaint, write to [email protected]. We reply within two working days.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
