In short
- Cancel or move a session at least 24 hours before it starts and the session comes back to you.
- Cancel later than that, or miss the session, and it counts as used.
- If your coach cancels, you get the session back plus one extra session.
- Unused sessions in a pack can be refunded. Ask within 12 months of buying.
- You can cancel any purchase within 14 days for a full refund of the sessions you have not used.
Moving or cancelling a session

Cancel from your workspace: open the session and choose “Cancel session”. The workspace shows which rule applies before you confirm.
If something serious stops you attending, such as illness or a family emergency, write to [email protected]. We look at each case kindly.
Session packs
Our prices, including VAT:
- Single session: £80.
- Pack of four: £288 (£72 a session).
Sessions in a pack can be used for 12 months from the date you buy it.
Refunds for unused sessions
You can ask for a refund of unused sessions at any time within 12 months of buying a pack. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account.
We refund each unused session at the price you paid for it in that pack. For example, two unused sessions from a pack of four are refunded at £72 each, the pack price per session. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel any purchase within 14 days, with no reason needed. We refund the full price, minus the sessions you have already had, at the per-session price of that purchase. If you ask for a session to take place within the 14 days, you agree that it counts as used once it has happened.
If you close your account
Before you close your account, ask us to refund any unused sessions. Once the account is erased, we can no longer see your balance.
Practice workspaces
Practice credits have no cash value. Nothing is charged in a practice workspace, so there is nothing to refund.
